What is Mindfulness?

“All that we are is the result of what we have thought:

it is founded on our thoughts,

it is made up of our thoughts.”

The Buddha

What is Mindfulness?

FrankTunisPhotography-1594The simple quote above reveals the secret to Mindful Living. Mindfulness is a unique and dynamic approach to living with greater awareness and peace of mind.  Dr. Stultz  believes that everyone deserves the right to live fully and freely, released from the constraints of negative beliefs and thoughts and the corresponding feelings and actions that they can cause. By changing your thoughts, you can change your world; you can discover a True Self within, the source of your clarity, creativity and love.

By learning and applying our practices you will learn to handle difficult people and situations with a new ease, you will handle stress better, cease destructive behavior and feel a greater connection with everything around you.

What makes us different?

Dr. Stultz devoted his early life to the teachings of Mindfulness and then spent a decade testing his insights by teaching in prisons and hospitals. Out of these experiences he realized which practices actually worked, not just in theory, but in real life with real people at the toughest points in their lives. He then honed this into a unique approach and created the Four Directions Method of Mindfulness, an easy to learn, practical approach to experiencing a more abundant life. Dr. Stultz has been teaching for 30 years and believes that you will find this to be simply the best in Mindful Living instruction, counseling and coaching!
